Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the current phase of your project at the time of cancellation.

Pre-Kickoff Cancellation

If you cancel before the project kickoff meeting, you are entitled to a full refund of the upfront payment minus a 10% administrative fee to cover planning and scheduling costs.

During Discovery & Planning Phase

If you cancel during the discovery and planning phase (before any build work begins), you will receive a 75% refund of the upfront payment. The retained 25% covers strategy, research, and scope documentation already completed.

During Build Phase

Once the build phase has started, refunds are not available for work already completed. You will receive all deliverables produced up to the cancellation date. Any remaining balance for undelivered work will not be charged.

Post-Delivery

After final delivery and approval, no refunds are issued. All deliverables, logins, and assets are transferred to you upon final payment.

You may cancel the project at any time by providing written notice via email. Refund terms above apply based on the current project phase at the time of cancellation.

Project Pause Requests

You may request to pause a project for up to 14 calendar days at no additional cost. Pauses exceeding 14 days may result in rescheduling and a $250 re-onboarding fee to reallocate resources.

Abandonment Clause

If there is no communication or response from the client for 30 consecutive days after repeated follow-ups, the project will be considered abandoned. All completed work will be delivered, and no refund will be issued for the upfront payment.

Provider-Initiated Cancellation

In the rare event that I need to cancel a project, you will receive a full refund of any payments made for undelivered work, plus all completed deliverables at no charge.

Late Payment Fees

Timely payments keep your project on track. Here is how late payments are handled.

Timeline Fee Details
1 – 7 days overdue No fee A friendly reminder will be sent. Project work continues as scheduled.
8 – 14 days overdue 5% late fee A 5% late fee is applied to the outstanding balance. Project work may be paused.
15 – 30 days overdue 10% late fee An additional 5% fee is applied (10% total). All project work is paused until payment is received.
30+ days overdue 15% late fee + collections A 15% total fee applies. The account may be referred to a collections agency. All deliverables are withheld.

Additional Policies

01 Scope of Work
All projects are governed by a detailed Scope of Work (SOW) document agreed upon before the project begins. Any work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately and requires written approval before proceeding. Scope changes may affect the project timeline and total investment.
02 Revisions & Amendments
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds as outlined in the SOW. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at $150 per hour. Revision requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of each deliverable review.
03 Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon receipt of final payment, all custom-built assets, designs, automations, and configurations become your property. Until final payment is received, all work remains the intellectual property of the provider. Third-party tools, plugins, and platform subscriptions remain subject to their respective licensing terms.
04 Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all project-related information, business strategies, login credentials, and proprietary data strictly confidential. This obligation survives the termination of the project. Neither party will disclose confidential information to third parties without prior written consent.
05 Liability Limitation
The total liability for any claims arising from the project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. The provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
06 Communication & Response Times
All project communication will be conducted via email or an agreed-upon project management tool. Standard response time is within 24 business hours. Delays in client feedback or approvals may extend the project timeline accordingly.
07 Third-Party Services
Projects may involve third-party platforms such as GoHighLevel, Stripe, or hosting providers. The provider is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or pricing adjustments made by third-party services. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own subscriptions and accounts.
08 Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable legal fees.
